Yes, during high season (May–August), solo travelers pay a 15% supplement on the room rate since the chalet isn't shared.
All Inclusive ($395/person/night) covers: private chalet accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), game drives, park entry fees, house drinks (local beers, wines, soft drinks), and laundry service. Basically everything except premium spirits and special experiences like private bush dinners.

We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. We accept bank transfer (USD), Visa/Mastercard, and EcoCash for local payments.
More than 30 but less than 60 days before arrival: 20% of total.
Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of total.

Yes! The road from Bulawayo is well-maintained tar all the way. That said, if you'd prefer not to drive, we offer transfers from Bulawayo city ($55 pp sharing) or the airport ($85 pp sharing).
WiFi is available in the main lodge area (perfect for checking emails). Phone signal varies — Econet works well, NetOne is patchy. We see this as a feature, not a bug: you're here to disconnect!
Neutral-colored clothing for game drives (avoid bright white), comfortable walking shoes for rhino tracking, a warm layer for early mornings, sunscreen, and a camera. We provide towels, toiletries, and a powerful torch for each chalet.
