As the sun slips behind the balancing rocks and the first stars appear, a drum sounds across the lodge. Three courses cooked over open flame, ingredients drawn from the farm that morning, and the Maleme valley stretched out beneath you.
For groups of six or more, a table can be laid on the granite dome above — lanterns lit, three courses served beneath the southern stars.

Our chefs cook from the farm each morning — seasonal, from scratch, with nothing pre-packaged. Adapting a meal to your needs isn't an afterthought. It is simply how we cook.
Three-course meals built around seasonal vegetables, pulses, and grains from the farm — vegetarian and vegan alike, with the same care and wood-fire flavour.
Gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, eggs — share your allergens and our chefs will plan every course around them, with careful preparation to avoid cross-contact.
Halal and Kosher observances accommodated with advance notice — please mention your requirements at the time of booking so we can plan alongside our suppliers.
Smaller portions, familiar flavours, and flexible timing for children travelling with family — dietary needs, fussy eaters, or favourite dishes all welcome.
