02 The room
A proper meeting room, with the hills through the window.
The conference room seats up to 40. Projector, screen and flipchart come with every package, Starlink covers the room and the common areas, and backup power means a load-shedding schedule is not your problem.
It is a working room, not a compromise. When the session breaks, everyone walks out into the Matobo Hills rather than a car park.
Every package includes
03 Flexible spaces
Set the room to the work.
Tell us what the day has to achieve and we will lay the room out for it. Changing format over lunch is normal.

05 The setting
Lunch under thatch, on the rock.
The open-sided pavilion stands on the granite above the waterhole. It is where lunch is laid, where the long table goes for a working dinner, and where most groups end up doing their best talking.
This is the part a city hotel cannot quote you for.
06 Optional
Add a piece of the Matobo to the day.
Before the session, after it, or as the whole second day. Tell us the timings and we will fit it around the work.

07 Before you book
What planners ask us.
How far is the lodge from Bulawayo?
About 55 minutes by road from the Bulawayo CBD, out along the Matopos Road and into Matobo National Park. We can arrange transfers if you would rather your team did not drive.
What is the maximum group size?
For day conferences we seat up to 40 theatre-style, or 24 classroom. For residential offsites we have 17 chalets, sleeping up to 34 guests sharing.
Is the WiFi and power reliable?
Yes. Starlink covers the conference room and the common areas, and backup power keeps the day running whatever the grid is doing.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Yes: vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, allergies. Send us the list when you book and the kitchen plans around it.
What AV equipment is provided?
Every package includes a projector, screen and flipchart. If you need microphones, speakers or anything more specific, tell us and we will arrange it.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes. We issue formal quotations, invoices and receipts, and purchase orders are welcome.
What happens if we have to cancel?
Cancel 14 or more days ahead and you are refunded in full. Inside 14 days we will work with you to move the booking where we can. Talk to us and we will find a way through it.
