  • Matobo Hills Lodge is approximately 55 minutes from Bulawayo CBD. The drive takes you through scenic countryside and into the Matobo National Park. We can arrange transfers if needed.

  • For day conferences, we can comfortably host up to 40 delegates in theatre-style seating, or 24 in classroom format. For residential offsites, we have 17 chalets accommodating up to 34 guests sharing.

  • Yes. We have Starlink WiFi in all common areas and the conference space. Backup power ensures your event runs smoothly regardless of grid conditions — you won't be interrupted.

  • Absolutely. Just let us know your group's dietary needs when booking — vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, allergies — and our kitchen will prepare accordingly.

  • All packages include a projector, screen, and flipchart. If you need additional equipment — microphones, speakers, or specific tech — let us know and we'll arrange it.

  • Yes — we're set up for corporate billing. We can provide a formal quotation, invoice, and receipt as needed. Purchase orders are welcome.
